I am watching Dancing With the Stars, and so far it is good. I’m so angry that Mel and Max (who have the worst personalities ever) are doing a Queen song, my favorite in fact, and they are actually doing it kind of well. Jerks. And they just got a 30. Also, holy cow, Jennie is Ian all over again, seriously.
I think I am getting a cold, which is crappy. There is this girl at work who is super sick, and she covered my breaks and lunches today which of course was really nice, but as soon as she walked away I was all about the lysol wipes on my phone and keyboard and mouse. Somehow, though, by the end of the day I was sniffling and tired and really crappy feeling. Is it possible for someone to get you sick in less than one day?
Well, either way I don’t feel good so I am all about Dancing with the Stars right now, and it is pretty good. Julianne is so good!
Today I made myself whole wheat macaroni and cheese with onions and bacon. The onions and bacon were to disguise the fact that whole wheat pasta suuucks. I am on this big whole wheat kick these days, because supposedly it’s really good for you, but I can’t handle the pasta. It’s gross.
But let me tell you what is not gross. Clementine oranges! So easy to peel, and seedless, and tiny so they fit in your pocket.
Lastly, I am reading Agnes Grey and don’t let the boring-sounding title fool you. It is very good. I am going through a very Bronte phase lately, and am ready to leave Chicago to take up residence in the moors. To become a governess. And fall in love.
YOU TALK CRAZY TALK! I totally just had a clementine today for the first time in MONTHS. Except Allyson didn’t know what they were, so she was just calling them “cuties.” She offered me a “cutie” and I said, “Oh… you mean a clementine?” with a smirk on my face and it was funny but maybe you had to be there. So, we called them “cuties” for the rest of the day, and also they were delicious.
Also, you can be my governess. I never finished school!
Question — does my complete disregard for proper grammar and punctuation upset you? Because, I mean, I know the rules and all… I just prefer to break them.
